Mothers from across the our community gathered at Narra Collective In Jersey City to learn, share, and breathe a little lighter. Here’s what we discovered together, and why none of us are meant to carry this chapter alone.

The Motherhood Shift was more than an event—it was a call to consciousness. A reminder that the changes mothers go through are not only real but worthy of recognition, support, and celebration. From identity loss to personal power, from exhaustion to transformation, this shift is not a detour from who we are—it’s the very path to who we’re becoming.

Over the past year, the conversation around perimenopause and menopause has gained tremendous momentum, with women seeking to better understand the changes their bodies go through in this life stage. This is why we were so thrilled to host a screening of The M Factor Film – Shredding the Silence on Menopause.
