Motherhood in the Middle is the reality of the sandwich generation - caring for aging parents and raising children while trying not to lose ourselves in the process. Mothers from across the our community gathered at Narra Collective In Jersey City to learn, share, and breathe a little lighter. Here’s what we discovered together, and why none of us are meant to carry this chapter alone.
